Always prompt user to Login using following URL: https://run.leadsquared.com/Home/Signin
For the error "Either email or password is incorrect." Check login Credentials OR Try using Forgot Password Link "Forgot Password"
for check-in related issue, This issue is seen when Device GPS does not provide location data to LeadSquared App.
You may try restarting the device to see if it works.
If the issue persists - please change the Location Mode to High Accuracy. Once done user should be able to Check-out and check-in just fine.
