Here is an issue reported stating - Unable to Connect to Server error is seen while trying to Check in.
I found that this happens when User API keys are in Disabled state or not found at all.
Here is the response to be sent.
We have figured that the issue with Check-In is due to non availability of API keys in user logins.
Please advise the Users to Generate API keys in their login.
It can be done by going to Settings > API & Webhooks > API Access keys >
& Click Generate Key.
Make sure that the Keys are Generated and Available & in Enabled Status.
This ensures preventing such issues.
