Issue: Click2Call URL is correctly configured in the connector but the logs show failure even though the API URL is active and working from customer's end. The Click2Call API URL returns 500 Internal Server Error when posted on the browser or postman from our end.

Reason: It is possible that there is an IP restriction in place at the customer's end that does not allow LeadSquared to access/call the API.

Resoltuion: The IP restriction needs to be removed by the IT team from customer's end such that the API  URL is accessible outside of their network.

Or a temporary public API URL can be configured in the connector which is called when Click2Call is initiated from LeadSquared which in turn will call the IP restricted private API URL.
