This is with reference to ticket #97408 ( analytix labs )


The customer was facing issues with exotel call recordings. The audio while playing was getting paused automatically. This had to be forwarded and heard and was repeatative.


Reason:

So what we notice is that this occurs only on Chrome.
This possibly is due to a browser issue which is unable to read certain media file formats.
We can not really provide an ETA for fixing this as it lies at the browser end but it shall be fixed soon.

You may notice that if you use other browsers such as Firefox then the recordings play seamlessly.
Thus as an alternative, you may switch to Firefox for this purpose, or download the files and play then meanwhile.
