If the customer has installed our tracking script of single region i.e. either Singapore / Mumbai / US region we'll just cross-check by running the Javascript variable MXCProspectId to see if the Prospect is getting generated/not.


If in case if the customer has installed multi-region tracking scripts -> then we can simply run the below-mentioned scripts to know the ProspectID's of each account as mentioned below.
