There was an issue reported by a customer wherein leads were properly getting captured from Zendesk but the chat history or chat transcript was not reflecting in Leadsquared.

Reason: We investigated the issue and found out that customer had been using the older version of the Zendesk chat connector. Due to this, the leads were getting captured but chat conversations were not getting posted on Leadsquared.

Resolution: under such circumstances, one must remove the old configuration (uninstall it) and them re-install the higher version, re-configure it. Also, a test lead should be created to check if the new configuration works fine.
