SourceNumber & DestinationNumber:

SourceNumber and DestinationNumber will vary based on Call Type.

  • i.e. During the Inbound Phone Call -> SourceNumber will be the Customer contact number & DestinationNumber will be the 'Agents phone number'.
  • During the Outbound Phone Call -> SourceNumber will be 'Agents phone number' & DestinationNumber will be the 'Customers/Leads contact number'.

Call Disposition option: By default call disposition will not appear in the agent popup API to get the same -> AgentName field value is mandatory in the JSON request.
