Sceanario: A customer received 7 leads from 99 acres, but only 5 leads got captured in Leadsquared.

Reason: Upon checking the issue we found out that the 2 leads which did not get captured in Leadsquared, were already present in their account. Ideally, duplicate leads would not get created again as mobile number was marked as a unique field in their account.

Resolution: It is always advised to check if the lead exists in the system already and what are the unique fields marked in the specific account.
