ISSUE:


Ozonetel Agent Popup is not coming for Incoming/Outgoing Call for Users.


Solution:


1- Please check whether the Agent Pop Up API Url in the Ozonetel Connector is same as of the Screen Pop Url in the Ozonetel Admin Account for the associated Campaign. Please check the below screenshot for your reference.


Also please note that the "Enable Pop" in the Connector should be Turned On (YES).



2- Compare the above Agent Pop Up API Url in the Ozonetel Connector with the Screen Pop Url in the Ozonetel Admin Account as shown in below screenshot.


Also please Note that "Hit Screen Pop Up Url At" should be always "Server Side" in the Ozonetel Account.



3- Make sure the "User Agent Mapping" is correct in the Ozonetel Connector as shown in below screenshot.



4- Also make sure the "Show Phone Call Pop Up" is Turned On (YES) in the User's Leadsquared Account as shown in below screenshot.
