Scenario:

A customer has integrated Ozonetel telephony service with leadSquared and getting below error while making outbound call from leadSquared.


Solution: One should ensure the following checklist are taken care in order to prevent the above issue.

 

1. Ensure you have entered correct Ozonetel API key inside LeadSquared Ozonetel connector 

2. Ensure an agent is created and agent number/account is activated on Ozonetel account. 

3. Ensure you have entered correct Agent id and phone name inside leadSquared Ozonetel connector.

4. In leadSquared agent profile associate the correct agent phone number.
