Issue: Apps in Lead Market place have suddenly become inactive and are not capturing leads.


Reason: It is possible that incorrect credentials or data was passed into Leadsquared via those apps multiple times creating exceptions. When this happens Leadsquared deactivates the apps for security reasons.


It is also possible that the API keys for that account were disabled.


Resolution: Only way is to regenerate the API keys again and reconfigure the apps with the same and correct login credentials and delete the inactive ones.0
