Issue: User was trying to test his landing page and UTM parameters kept capturing source as 'Direct Traffic' all the time.


Reason: Leadsquared uses cookies to store UTM parameters. So when a visitor lands on a landing page the source is stored in the cookie that is placed in his browser. The first source that gets captured in a cookie is the lead source. In this case, when he opened the landing page the first time, the source was captured as 'Direct Traffic' and stored in a cookie. Since that cookie wasn't cleared from the system, the test data that he entered into the landing page form every time was captured as 'Direct traffic'.


Resolution: Clear the cookies and cache in the browser or use an incognito window while testing the landing pages.
